Description

Sep. 29, 2010 -- It was a great sail home. I truly appreciated this window of opportunity, was glad I could take advantage of it. The ham and cheese sandwich I made this morning carried me through the trip home.

I arrived at Chip Ahoy's mooring at about 3:00 pm. Barbara picked me up at the Village Street dock, then drove me up to Rockport to pick up my Blazer. This was a very unique six-day "overnight" cruise to say the least -- more like an ordeal!

Just back home at last yesterday, this morning I went back out to Chip Ahoy and further "battened down the hatches" in preparation for whatever is coming up at us from "Nicole."  (Sep. 30, 2010)
